I was talking to Alexandra the other day, and we were discussing the importance of having a routine to help us fall to sleep. Sometimes sweats simply don’t make the cut. By having specific cloths for sleeping (and not just items you can wear lounging around), you’re cuing your body to take note that it’s bedtime. This helps you fall asleep faster! Personally, my nightly routine consists of putting my PJs on, unmaking my bed, brushing my teeth, washing my face, applying chapstick, and putting on my sleep mask. I do this every night — in that order. It helps train my body to fall asleep quickly! Today I located some sleepwear pieces I’m coveting for a luxurious night of sleep — and a way to kickstart a longterm sleep routine!
